The information below is provided to try and help our customers find the most cost effective, pain free way to to park at Jengers Mead without fear of receiving a parking fine. We are providing a free WiFi network over the front car park too so poor phone signal doesn’t cause difficulties accessing the Ringo app.

HDC Carpark (Red Areas)
There is a HDC carpark to the rear of the shops just behind the garages, as well as nearby at the library – both marked red on map below. You can either; pay per visit using the Ringo app (details below), or by purchasing an Annual Parking Disk from Horsham District Council. This costs just £20 per year and then allows access to 11 village carparks in the area.
There is also now a digital version too.

Napier Parking (Blue Areas)
Napier Parking covers the rest of the Jengers Mead car park (marked blue on map below) and operate ANPR cameras which allow only 5 minutes to buy a ticket before issuing a fine. We hate to see our customers get fines, so if you are using the Napier car park, please do purchase a ticket promptly using the machines or the Ringo App.

Our Advice
We recommend purchasing the HDC Annual Parking Disk and using the carparks marked in red on the map below for the easiest, risk free parking. However if you do use the Ringo App for either carparks, you can reduce the cost by turning off SMS notifications under Account→Notifications.
